BSG has put in place a proprietary system to enhance customer satisfaction and guarantee the quality of outsourcing services rendered. While most outsourcing service providers offer “ex post” services pursuant to a request filed by the client, BSG acts proactively to identify possible issues “pre-emptively”. Also with its longstanding service innovation processes, namely the CSIPTM program, BSG continues to work toward achieving further improvements in service quality.
