Whenever a user requirement is generated, a four-step cyclical process is triggered on the part of BSG outsourcing services - plan, design, transfer, and mobilize. As BSG moves through this cycle, an underlying mechanism is also put into motion, where the CSIP self-innovation process continues to work out service improvements, accompanied by aggregation of service process knowhow into a database through a service knowledge management program implemented on BSG's integrated operational information system, EchoLine 2.0, all of which is designed based on relevant ITIL guidelines.
